Returns & Refunds
At Whimsical Charm, we want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not completely happy, please review the information below on returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable (this will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable).
How to Return an Item
Please get in touch with us at support@whimsicalcharm.co.uk with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
We’ll provide instructions on where to send your return.
Whimsical Charm items should be returned directly to us.
Creative Flair Crochet items should be returned to Creative Flair Crochet.
Supplier-direct items may need to be returned to the supplier – we’ll advise on the correct return address.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you and process a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds will cover only the cost of the item, not any additional fees or charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product).
Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
Currently, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
