  • Creative Flair Crochet items are shipped directly from Creative Flair Crochet.

  • Supplier-direct (dropshipped) items are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers to you. These items may:

    • Arrive separately from other parts of your order.

    • Have different shipping times and methods, depending on the supplier’s location.

    • Include tracking information where available once the item is dispatched.

Courier & Delivery Times

  • Our chosen courier service for items shipped directly is Royal Mail. We aim to process orders received on the same day or within 24 hours. You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched. The general delivery time frame is 3-5 business days.

  • Shipping methods, prices, and estimated delivery times vary depending on the location from which the items are shipped. We will update you with details of estimated delivery times in your order confirmation email.

Packaging & Care

We take every care to package items securely. However, once your order has been handed to the courier (including items shipped from suppliers), responsibility for the parcel passes to them.

Whimsical Charm cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control (including natural disasters, severe weather, strikes or courier disruptions).

If you are ordering from outside the UK, you may be responsible for local customs duties or taxes. These items are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility.

Missing or Damaged Parcels
